I just wanted to send a quick note to you and let you know how extraordinarily pleased I was with my move from Nashville to Atlanta with your company. You and Merlen were fabulous on the customer service end, and Cobey (Kobe?) was the best mover I've ever had. He was courteous, professional, kind, and honest, and did the job quicker than I thought possible. The moving industry is well known as containing "scammers" and I was very wary of using a new company, but was highly impressed with Ben Express Movers integrity. I actually didn't hate moving, and that's saying something! I will be using you again to move in September, and in the meantime, I will recommend your company to friends. If you know Cobey's email address, please pass this on to him, as he did an excellent job and deserves to be commended for his hard work and professionalism.

I just wanted to commend your employee Sophia. My husband and I are moving our daughter from Columbia, South Carolina to Arlington, Virginia. We looked at several moving companies before deciding to use Ben Express Movers, Inc. The reason we chose your company was based on the exemplary customer service we received from Sophia. Hi, all I can say is that they were wonderful, from the start to the finish. We had a mess, I was not at all prepared for what I walked in on and not only did they adapt, your Issac was supportive and comforting , and treated us all with dignity. Please give him a raise!!!

We made it safe and sound! The guys were great picking up our furniture, thank you so much for everything! I wanted to let you know that I got a new phone number, my old one is still in service but it's acting up a bit here in SC so it might be safer if the driver calls my new phone instead to schedule drop off. Hello there, my name is David Shanks and I am in the process of using your company for the second time, and I felt compelled to write this a say what an excellent service Sophia provided and how prompt she was giving any feed back and answered all my questions and quearies I had, so she should be comended for her work, and it makes me want to recomend Ben Express Movers  to anyone thinking about a move, excellent service , thanks for your time Mr. David Shanks. ps I'm sure my move will go as smooth as it did the last time.

Please tell the Coby (sp?) and Simon that the movers yesterday were great. They worked hard and got everything done that I needed.  Good personalities, hard workers, a pleasure to work with.   Give them a bonus!
